Agency D3: Discover, Decide, Defend
Children who have finished Kindergarten through 6th grade will have a great time discovering who Jesus is, deciding on what to do with the facts about Jesus, and learning to defend who Jesus is and their faith in Him.

What kid doesn’t want to be a special agent and use high-tech gadgets and tools to discover the truth? While at VBS your child will be part of the Super Secret Agency called D3. D3 stands for Discover, Decide, Defend.

While at Agency D3 kids will put their investigative skills to work as they collect and log evidence about the life of Jesus. As special agents, they will examine eyewitness reports, physical proof, and biblical accounts to uncover and defend the truth about who Jesus really is. It will be a rewarding and enriching experience for your child as they will learn:

   - How to discover who Jesus is
   - How to decide truth from fiction
   - How to defend their knowledge to others

Ages – 1st through 6th Grade children

Drop Off – All children should be dropped off at the main sanctuary at RBC.

Vacation Bible Study 2013
25 children learned of the love of Jesus Christ and the sacrifice that he made for us all. They had a splendid time. They learned, they laughed and they prayed. All said they wanted to come back and we hope they do, along with many of their friends.

2014 Children's Easter Festivities
On the Saturday before Easter Sunday, Reliance Baptist Church had an Easter Egg Hunt for the children and adults of the church. Each child made a necklace or bracelet using colored beads that represented the different parts of the Easter story. Pastor Marshall then gave a short lesson on the meaning and significance of Easter and explained how our Savior had risen from the grave and that He lives as our gracious and heavenly father.

The Easter Egg Hunt was a tremendous success and all the kids loved the activities, the lessons, and the play time. The kids were divided into three groups: toddler - kindergarten, 1st - 3rd grade, and 4th – 6th grade. 27 children participated in the festivities which were:
- Lesson on Jesus’s rising from the grave - by Pastor Marshall
- Beaded Necklace/Bracelet craft
- Easter Egg Hunt on the 15 acres of the church grounds
- Counting Eggs and sharing with the little ones
- Cookout – hotdogs, chips, Kool-Aid, Bunny cupcakes and much more
- Playtime with friends and church mates

On Easter Sunday, Reliance Baptist had a beautiful sunrise service at 6: 45 AM at a local lake. We watched the sun rise and praised the resurrection of Jesus. Over 60 people attended the sunrise service which was followed by breakfast served at the church. Sunday School, Bible Study, and an 11:00am Sunday worship service followed breakfast.

Easter of 2013 was a true blessing to everyone who attended. It was a blessing to our church and to our community. We invite you to come experience God’s power and love with us at Reliance Baptist Church – “A small church with a big heart.”
